The City of Cedar Park, Schlitterbahn and land owners are working out the details of the water park to be built off Highway 1431, one mile east of Parmer Lane.
There is a very nice dog park in Cedar Park as well that has a fenced-off area for dogs to roam, dog showers and drinking bowls and even a dogs-only swimming pond. There are separate areas for small and large dogs and about 5 acres of space to run in. The park is inside Veteran Memorial Park off West New Hope Drive.
